and nationality law, specializing in complex business, employment

hospitality, retail, import/export, medical, and academic institutions, among others. Our full range of immigration law services include nonimmigrant
visas, including B/E/H/L/O/P/TN
and others, as well as
employment-based and family-based cases for U.S. lawful permanent resident
status (“green cards”), TPS (Temporary
Protected Status), DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), affirmative asylum applications, naturalization, derivative citizenship, I-9
issues and employer sanctions. Two particular specialties of the firm are PERM
(Permanent Employment Certification) and EB-1, “extraordinary ability” cases.
